Production Engineer - Electric Motors

To support the continuing development of our products into series production, a position has now arisen for a Manufacturing Engineer to assist in the generation of "production ready" designs of our rotating electrical machines.

THE ROLE

You will assist the Senior Manufacturing Engineer in delivering production ready electrical machines suitable for series manufacture. You will support our mechanical and electrical engineering teams with your manufacturing experience and influence machine design, component arrangement, tolerances and overall machine construction to realise products that can be manufactured at low-cost.

You will collaborate with external manufacturing partners (who may also be our customers) as well as assist in identifying and developing suitable suppliers for series production.

THE PERSON

You will have a relevant engineering degree and at least 5 years' experience in the manufacture of electrical machines of 50kW, or above.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
