PRODUCTION ENGINEER

DURATION OF PROGRAM: 3 MONTHS RENEWABLE

MISSION/BACKGROUND:

Make or contribute to the various tasks on a set of applications of SI France Grand Public Market, especially the SI area Customer Relations (SAV, Sale, Repositories clients, System Call Routing, commercial Piloting and Business Process Management) .

This mission is in an information system about 1800 applications must adapt to a changing business environment in the customer relationship, or it becomes increasingly digital, in the immediacy and in a technical environment that accelerates.

You provide advice and assistance, information and training, and watch over all put into production and support activities in your area.

ACTIVITIES/TASKS:

1- Getting Production/Operations Change (Build):

- Provide advice, expertise and requirements with MOE to ensure the Release and quality operations;
- Oversee and contribute to the production of a bearing or an application, ripening to the rocker in production, management of complex production starts;
- Ensure technical project delivery production release;
- To contribute to the industrialization of the deployment and operation tasks;
- Set the operating tools and transfer skills to the production and towards support.

2- OPERATIONS SUPPORT/SERVICE QUALITY/CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (RUN):

- Managing in-house activities, projects and recurring (support incidents, usability testing);
- Provide expertise in the analysis of incidents and the management of seizures in the treatment of problems;
- Capitalize on the knowledge of the application domain channels and adjust the level of usability expectations of the business;
- Define the overall improvements in procedures, developments and applications to participate in the development of engineering rules and standards of production requirements;
- Implementing any actions (expertise/Tutoring) to disseminate and develop the skill.

SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Good general knowledge in terms of SI;
- Good understanding of business processes (change, incident management, problem management, release management, configuration management, capability management);
- Knowledge of IS projects manager, having previously worked in this field;
- Experience in MOE and MOA on these application areas will be a "plus" appreciated;
- Good command UNIX, Linux;
- Dollar Universe, Flux (CFT, MQSeries), Shell Scripting, Databases (Oracle, MySQL) ...
