Department: Organic Photo Conductor (OPC) and Silicone Specialities
Position's main tasks:
- Lead improvement projects (multidisciplinary)
- Introduce new tooling into production environment
- Introduce new processes/raw materials in production (in close operation with process engineers)
Required area of education:- Chemical technology, Mechanical engineering
Field of experience:- Complex production environments, production/process engineering, measurement tooling.
Professional skills:- Project management - affinity with complex processes and products - experience with data analysis - Six Sigma or Green Belt level.
