WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Act as a liaison between the creative media department and sales department
- Manage tasks in Salesforce, manage and respond to emails
- Contact clients/sales via phone and email
- Responsible for on time delivery of digital products
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues efficiently
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- One to two (1-2) years of experience
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Word, Excel, MyAds
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and use new software and procedures
