Product Support Engineer Job

PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- As a member of the Product Support team, you will provide complex troubleshooting and support to some of the world's largest companies. Our clients aren't calling us with run of the mill support desk questions. You will find yourself immersed in a variety of complex Linux, SQL, Networking and Coding challenges. You will also have the opportunity to work with one of the most brilliant software development and QA teams in the area, to identify and correct defects in a mission critical application.
- In addition, you'll be key part in our efforts to upkeep a vast Solutions Knowledge Base/Internal Wiki. This role will be instrumental in software installations and upgrades.
- Best of all, you will get to own these issues and see your hard work pay off through resolution and happy customers.

- You're a wizard with Linux. What's your favorite flavor, and why?
- BASH Shell Scripting makes everyday life easier
- You explain SQL joins through a venn diagram
