Product Specialist - Smartcard Data

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a PRODUCT SPECIALIST - SMART DATA PROJECTS to join our client in St. Louis, Missouri.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define custom requirements and offer alternative solutions to customer needs across all SMART DATA PRODUCTS.
- Assist customer and Business Analyst (BA) in mapping reports and customer files to internal data. Ensure requirements and mapping of data is accurate and complete.
- Work with the Business analyst to define functional and technical requirements.
- Utilize the application data bases to validate customer requirements and identify potential data misunderstandings.
- Test the solution at or before implementation time.
- Maintain Custom program documentation. Maintain appropriate mapping documents ensuring they are up to date and available.

Job Qualifications:

- Analytical, Solutions oriented and Thought Leadership Skills.
- Two to five (2-5) years of experience in Commercial Card Industry
- Experienced in wide range of data management and development activities
- Solid analytical and organization skills
- Ability to investigate and analyze difficult issues to develop and implement customer-oriented solutions.
- Ability to quickly recognize and address risks/issues that could cause customer impacts
- Ability to identify challenges to on-time delivery, strategy compliance, quality constraints, and market advantage/leadership
