Product Planner
3 Month Contract

My client requires 3 Inventory/Product Planners for a 3 month contract to work on site in Livingston. This is a great opportunity to work with a very well known Media/Broadcasting organisation.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

*Industry recognised inventory planning qualification is desirable
*Experience in an inventory planning role within a customer & manufacturing environment
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular proficient in Microsoft Excel
*Strong Analytical approach
*Prioritising and working to tight deadlines
*Flexible, reliable and patient
*Excellent organisational skills

Deliverables:
*Never run out
*Maintain finished goods inventory levels to target
*Seamless FGI flow from supplier to customer

Responsibilities include:
*Maintenance and development of reporting and business systems to ensure accuracy and integrity in planning, processing and visibility of FGI
*Effective influence and challenge to all plans and initiatives that impact FGI arising from: S&OP, Manufacturing, PD&D, Marketing, Field,
*Effective supplier management to ensure plans are maintained
*Maintenance of the appropriate rhythm of inventory review
*Ensuring the physical execution of inventory plan is delivered in line with business expectations
*Implementing improvements to planning processes and inventory supply network
*Supporting projects and business initiatives
*Supporting/mentoring the more junior members of the team
