JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Product Owner you have a wealth of project experience in a complex organizations and having worked on complex projects. You'll know how to instruct an international agile development team and gather the requirements from the business. The Product Owner works for the business and describes the business requirements into user stories. Within the Scrum team the Product Owner is responsible for the definition and development of the user stories. As product owner you are partly responsible for the end product and leading the Agile/Scrum team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST HAVE 3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS AN PRODUCT OWNER (KNOCK OUT);
- Experienced in agile and scrum delivery methodology;
- Must be fluent in English;
- International experience - working with multiple countries simultaneously;
- Experience on implementation of at least one of these four areas: Agent Desktop, Workforce Management, Contact Delivery Platform, or Speech analytics.
