Product Owner Ecommerce - Focusing on Consumer

Must have minimum 3 years experience in PO roles and in Digital (Online and/or Mobile). The roles will be hybrid PO/BA - although the PO skill set is more suited to what we are looking for. The Product Owner does need to be able to write detailed requirements, but you also need to have the ability to liaise directly with business stakeholders and work autonomously - many of those with a classic BA skill set need substantial direction and guidance and this person needs to be able to be given concepts and run with them.

JOB DEMANDS PRODUCT OWNER:

- 3+ year experience in Product Owner roles in Digital (Online/mobile)
- Define and understand use cases
- Detailed product requirements definition/user story creation
- Gather and refine business requirements; able to obtain agreement and
- drive decisions to hit deadlines
- Must be able to understand complex systems; ability to translate business requirements to simple and comprehensible language
- Ecommerce experience must also be at least 3 years - this does not mean that you've worked on a site that is consumer facing, the Product Owner must have directly worked with functionality involved in the sales process -checkout, merchandising, promotions, payments, recommendations, targeting.

OTHER USEFUL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- A/B testing
- Site Analytics and use of data to derive product insights and improvements
- User research and testing
- International experience - working with multiple countries simultaneously
- Business case creation and validation
