Je functie: Context
To support the easy banking program deliverables we need extended presence of product ownership with digital experience.
Function Description
° You are responsible for the development and enhancement of the digital touch points for BNP Paribas Fortis (websites, applications, etc.).
° Based on customer feedback, customer journey exercises, analytics,… you analyse and formulate channel-improvements for our digital channels.
° You build, manage and prioritize the backlog based on consumer needs, business priorities and available resources.
° You prepare business requirements and supervise channel development from A to Z, always keeping the business and customer objectives in mind.
° You develop strong relationships with the other stakeholders in the end-to-end development process (UX designers, IT developers,…).
° You will help growing the organization in being more Agile and increase the time to market in the delivery cycle

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° In depth understanding of web technologies, HTML5.
° Proficient in Word, Excel. Advanced in Power Point
° Thorough understanding of (mobile) UX and extensive experience with drafting/optimising customer journeys in a web environment;
° Experience in delivering projects following Agile / Scrum principles, especially as product owner
° Previous experience/exposure to online banking (web or mobile)
Preferable
° Experience in Service Design, UI Design or Information Architecture roles
° Experience with Content Management Systems (WCM)
Business Experience

Relevant experience in similar activities
A passion for new media
° You know how to translate (and reconcile) business and customer needs in developing digital channels;
° You have deep knowledge of both online and mobile environments;
° You have a track record of delivering digital capabilities to increase user experience and drive business growth;
° You have strong commercial focus and the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly;
° You have extensive and successful experience in traditional project management;
° You know how to cooperate and communicate in a matrix structure within a large organisation;
° You are data driven, customer focused and proactive
° You are able to work well independently and within a team;
° You have good communication skills with a "can do" attitude toward problem solving;
