PRODUCT OWNER DIGITAL CHANNEL DEVELOPER
CONTRACT: 4 months

LOCATION: Brussels
One of our market leading clients is urgently looking for a Product owner digital channel developer. As a Product owner digital channel developer you will be responsible for the development of the digital touch points for our clients websites, applications, etc. Based on customer feedback, customer journey exercises, analytics, you analyse and formulate channel-improvements for our digital channels. You build, manage and prioritize the backlog based on consumer needs, business priorities and available resources. You prepare business requirements and supervise channel development from A to Z, always keeping the business and customer objectives in mind.
You develop strong relationships with the other stakeholders in the end-to-end development process (UX, developers). You will help growing the organization in being more Agile and increase the time to market.
EDUCATION: Bachelor/Master
LANGUAGES REQUIREMENT: fluent Dutch, French
Experience in Service Design, Interface Design,
Interaction Design, or Information Architecture roles
Experience in delivering projects following Agile/Scrum
principles, especially as product owner
Relevant experience in similar activities You have a passion for new media & E-commerce
PREFERABLE: Previous experience/exposure to web banking & Knowledge of banking and online banking activities
