Product Owner/Application Manager WYSE

PRODUCT OWNER/APPLICATION MANAGER WYSE

For one of my globally leading financials client I am urgently looking for a Product Owner/Application manager WYSE to be based from their amazing offices in Amsterdam.

This role is a demanding position and you need to understand the vision from the point of view of customer, end user and stakeholders of our MVP WYSE, a cyber security human focussed web-application.
You will be responsible for managing WYSE as a product owner, but also from a service management point of view.
In this role, you will working in close partnership with the UX researcher, UX designer and external DEV team to further develop the application but also its content and chapters. You have to be obsessive about creating best-in-class customer experiences and feature enhancements while driving business growth.

You must understand what is necessary to create value for our end users.
* Results Driver: Proven ability to develop against aggressive goals. Adept in setting clear expectations, communicating performance and reporting on results.
* Manage and push back stakeholders.
* You manage/prioritse and groom the backlog and product roadmap via Epic's and userstories in a way that is easy to pick up for UX'ers/designers and developers and in line with stakeholder wishes.
* Communicator: excellent written and oral communication skills in front of all audiences, at all levels in nl&en
* You have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
* You master cross-functional collaboration, guiding and co-creating with teammates, clients and users.
* You have great communication and writing skills.
* Define problems actively with development team to create solutions to delight our customers.
* Give product demos.
* Previous experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager (3 years +).
* Solid knowledge agile/scrum WoW.
* Basic knowlede of cyber security topics combined with a will to learn.
* Participate in wireframing and storyboarding user flows.

LOCATION: Amsterdam
DURATION: 6- 12 months + Likely extension
RATES: €80 to €90 per hour.
