Product Owner - Amsterdam - Contract

PRODUCT OWNER - AMSTERDAM - CONTRACT Are you a Product Owner with both business and technical skills? Can you see the big-picture without losing track of details? Then we are looking for you! Our future product owner has a positive attitude, thinks in solutions rather than problems and is always aiming for the best result. We are currently looking for an experienced product owner. You will work in an international environment.

You should be a strong communicator as you have to be able to present and defend your point of view to different audiences, besides that you need to be a good and objective listener so you can take all points of view into consideration when determining the future route of your products.

RESPONSIBILITIES - You will create product requirement documents that define the requirements, analysis of target markets and the consumer experience based on consumer and business needs assessments. - A minimum of 3-5 years of agile product management experience, preferably with an online, ecommerce or TELECOM COMPANY. - The product owner understands customer needs and helps to define and improve the user experience of our products. - The product owner works closely with several departments within the company - The product owner takes ownership, prioritizes and briefs projects of varying length and complexity; - Experience with agile delivery principles. - Experience in working closely with a development team - Experience with Scrum is an advantage - You will research and specify new features and enhancements to existing features - You will gather information from all stakeholders - The new product owner will own and prioritize the team's roadmap and drives delivery of the development team using Scrum - Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must

YOUR PROFILE Skills and competences - Strong commercial skills. - Excellent communication skills, highly articulate and an ability to influence - Excellent stakeholder management - A technical (online) background is an advantage - And last but not least: flexible, smart, ambitious and very enthusiastic!!!
