One of our International clients in the Netherlands is looking for a technical product owner who can join their IT team on a long term contract assignment. In this role you can be part of the new build cloud team that provides the business with easy-to-use and secure AWS cloud and other platform services. This new department will be responsible for taking the cloud platform to the next level with CI/CD, Automated diagnostics/scaling, PaaS and more.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Technical Product Owner, you are a strong, pragmatic person who can create a compelling vision and help lead the DevOps team to deliver on that vision.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Write user stories and acceptance tests
- Collaborate with the development team on user story development
- Prioritise the user story backlog to maximise business value
- Create a vision that sets us apart from the competition
- Liaise with the business to understand business issues and capitalise on opportunities
- Effectively handle business' requests without compromising the product vision
- Market research

YOUR EXPERIENCE

- Technical experience on Cloud Engineering (AWS/Azure)
- Experience of working in a Product Owner role, preferably with a background working in a technical software development environment or with IT Project Management
- Experience of Agile/Scrum, continuous delivery and working with DevOps teams
- Certified Product Owner Certification
- Preferably: Azure and/or AWS certifications
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or related technical field
