My client, a leading Telecoms
- You will work for the business and translate the business requirements into user stories;
- You will work within the SCRUM team and be responsible for the defining and developing User stories;
- You will lead your particular Agile/Scrum team, responsible for the end-product;
Requirements;
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner, particularly within the Telecoms or Media Industry; ESSENTIAL
- You will have worked for Global or International Companies;
- Strong knowledge of SCRUM and AGILE Methodologies and hold SCRUM Certification;
- FLuent in English both written and oral;
- You will have implemented as a minimum, at least one of the following areas: Agent Desktop, Workforce Management, Contact Delivery Platform, or Speech analytics.
- You will be a strong leader and influential communicator!
