Knowledge, Skillsminimum of 2 years hands-on experience with agile, scrum or lean methodologies.
* Extensive experience with SDLC.
* Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills (the ability to converse with, enthuse and influence team members and peers).
* Resilient, self-motivated and proactive and able to work with speed and accuracy to deadlines.
* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CPO) accreditation; or equivalent experience as a scrum Product Owner.
* Fluent English speaker, ideally other European languages.

The Technical Product Owner is responsible for the day to day steering of one or more IT agile teams dedicated to online or OSS/BSS software development.
The Technical Product Owner is the representative for the product stakeholder(s) into the technical teams. He/she is responsible for ensuring the requests from stakeholders are translated into technical user stories, and that the stories are written and prioritized. In addition, the technical product owner works closely with other agile practitioners and scrum teams members to respond to day-to-day questions and queries, and accepts deliverables from the scrum team at the end of each sprint.
The key measure of success in this role will be the maintenance of a steady demand of work into the technical team, measured by the readiness of the technical product backlog at the beginning of each sprint. Proper management of stakeholder demand should result in reduced time to market for programmes, initiatives or changes.

Main Responsibilities:
* Ensures that user stories are created in a manner that translates technical requirements into language understood by the scrum teams.
* Prioritizes the product backlog based on business value as defined by the stakeholders and overall return on investment for the company. Negotiates with other business units and product owners to resolve any conflicts in prioritization and to meet requested delivery deadlines.
* Reviews and accepts of user stories demoed by the team at the end of each sprint and ensures that deliveries are of high quality.
* Partners with the scrum masters to ensure that deliveries from the scrum teams are not delayed by impediments.
* Coaches team members and business partners on agile best practices.
* Acts as the single point of contact for the business stakeholders towards the IT team(s).
* Attends all scrum ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review/demo).
