Product Owner

ConSol Partners client, are a large international bank based in Amsterdam.

They are searching for a Product Owner to work in a start-up environment within the bank.

The Product Owner should have a good, local culture fit for the environment, and will need to be on the ball, intelligent and a quick learner.

Although a contract position initially, a permanent placement after 6-12 months quality work may be possible.

The Product Owner WILL NEED PRIOR EXPOSURE TO THE BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES domain, with any experience with Corporate Banking, Lending or Corporate Lending being a huge advantage.

PRODUCT OWNER

DEVELOP PRODUCT VISION

-Defines and drives the product vision and product strategy
-Is able to tell the product story and vision
-Defines and analyzes metrics that inform success of product and enhance user satisfaction
-Takes accountability for product decisions in fast-paced environment

BACKLOG DEVELOPMENT

-Creates and manages the Product Backlog
-Prioritizes and sequences the Backlog according to business value
-Assists with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint
-Inspects the product progress at the end of every Sprint and has complete authority to accept or reject work done

BUILDS SOMETHING THAT DELIGHTS CUSTOMERS

-Incorporates feedback from focus groups, user interviews, market analysis
-Turn ideas into insights and features
