Product Owner - Retail - Ecommerce - Marketing - IT

An industry leading Retailer are looking to add a Product Owner to their large scale Transformation team. As they work towards delivering a three year long programme, they are looking for a driven, highly efficient individual with a proven background in Marketing and E-commerce to join them on an initial 6 month contract.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in working closely with marketing and technical teams focusing on Customer Journey, User Interaction and Website functionality within a highly complex, omni-channel environment.

You will be working with the marketing and UI teams, liaising with key stakeholders, working with technical Business Analysts and the Design team to develop specifications and improve the customer experience on the newly developed E-commerce platform.

Key Skills:

- A proven background in working within an E-commerce environment
- Prior experience of working with both technical and marketing teams to bridge the gap, ascertain requirements and develop specifications to progress the environment
- Excellent communication, prioritisation and time management skills
- In depth understanding of Customer Journey and User Experience including website functionality

Desirable:

- A working knowledge of developing wireframing, protyping and work flows
- Experience in mobile development
- Working background in User Centric design processes
