The company now has 50 employees and is already present in more than 20 countries.

Job
They are a hiring an innovative Product/Project Manager.
This role is fundamental in ensuring we continue our fast growth, and that global market reach is maximized.
It is a lead role, which will give you ownership of our product roadmap and the translation of this with the development team.
You'll work closely with the co-founder and customers during discovery and planning phases, and will prioritize development based upon your presented plans.
Management of the development team and realizing our goals is key to your success.
You will have technical knowledge and have experience in managing a team and revenue product/service at a tech company. It would be fantastic if you had experience within fin-tech, and have an understanding of accounting and forecasting principles, and of our global classified marketplace.

Skills
- Analyze, prioritize and translate customer needs into clearly defined product requirements
- Manage a team in an agile environment.
- Set clear goals, manage projects and allocate people accordingly, ensuring release dates are created and met.
- Be hands-on with wire-framing, and prototypes to keep us ahead of the game
- Support our customer success and sales teams in discussions with customers
- Review customer requests, competitors and any other relevant market research to aid prioritization.
