Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a Product Master Data Management Consultant for a 6 months contract in Stockholm Sweden.
About the position
We are currently looking for a product master data management consultant for Product Master Data Streamlining project at our Kista office. This project aims to improve product master data management capability, establish and implement product category and governance mechanism of product dimension data to efficiently streamline the product dimension data in E2E process. You will work in an innovation team as a consultant.
Your responsibilities include:
Analyze the gap between the clients product master data present situation and the industry best, identify possible ways to achieve a more productive and beneficial governance mechanism and architecture of product dimension data. For example: how to categorize the products to meet the requirements from different business dimensions, such as strategy plan, sales forecast, tendering, demand forecast, financial statistics, organization management, etc..
Define a workable plan and a feasible path to implement it.
Specify requirements on organizations, processes and tools that are needed in order to reach targeted improvements.
Qualifications and experience
We expect the candidate to have more than 5-10 years experiences on thermal design of high volume industrial products with high reliability requirements and challenging thermal conditions (car industry, marine applications, server industry, telecom, etc ) and that this have given the candidate a thorough and deep understanding of various cooling principles (direct air, HEX, etc) and a wide experience of CFD programs like: Ice Pack, Flotherm. We also expect that a substantial part of this cooling experience has been devoted to liquid cooling applications and the key components of this principle. We also expect an expertise of conceptual design of equipment and comparison of various thermal solutions in both the cost and the functionality perspective. For this position we prefer experiences of the platform, concept & product portfolio' discussions that take place during the initial phases of a product life cycle. The candidate can of course communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. We require Bachelor Degree, Masters in mechanical/or and electrical engineering or equivalent background The To be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 10 years´ experience in product master data management and its financial application and be familiar with telecommunication product. Experience from business management system analysis and design, such as PDM, ERP, BOSS, DRM, etc, is essential.
Skills requirements
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Be proficient in data modelling and across the data integration design of the system.
Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently.
Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Well organized and structured.
Location
This is a Full time position at our R&D office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden. Travels to our HQ in Shenzhen, China can be expected.
The duration of this assignment is 6 months with potential for extension.
