Flint are have been tasked with building a Mobile Service Provider Product Management and Marketing expertise within a Middle Eastern Operator.
Flint are seeking a commercially-focused, high-performance, experienced marketing leader (7 - 10 Years experience) with direct experience at driving product revenue for a Mobile Operator High Speed Data launch.
The successful candidate will lead, innovate, operate and communicate the launch; development and rise to success of the new data network, leveraging your skills in Branding, Communication, Internet Sales, and leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop multi-channel strategy development and execution
- Lead Brand Development, CRM strategy, Insight, Communications and Experience
- Customer Lifecycle: oversee strong results in customer acquisition and retention
- Senior level, key stakeholder influencing
- Maintain supreme RoI focus through tight campaign measurement and evaluation
- P&L accountability
- Digital, apps, mobile marketing
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven experience managing high performing marketing communications function
- Telecoms experience
- CRM planning, development and delivery
- Analytical, commercial and creative
- Passionate, high energy, influential, customer-focused, efficient working style
- Superb writing skills
- Proven negotiator and relationship builder
- Strong financial management skills
