My leading banking client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. The products team has the responsibility of delivering core Profit and Loss metrics and ensuring the product range is performing well. The role is responsible for initiating and executing customer led product strategies and business activities to drive the balance sheet by enhancing customer advocacy and loyalty. As such the key activities of the role will include; establishing the product marketing strategy, driving profit/growth of the portfolio, and promotion and performance of the savings product range.

Candidates will be expected to have held a similar role within Banking/Financial Services and display the following skills/experiences:
*Ability to develop product and customer marketing strategies
*Develop tight controls around, and deliver Profit/Loss and funding targets via customer led activities
*Establish deep analytical and insight based customer understanding
*Manage performance of products within the segment
*Strong financial skills and the ability to deliver arguments around pricing structures of fixed term products
*Strong analytical skills to understand customer and product dynamics
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Although applicants must have held a Product Manager role within Financial Services this doesn't have to have been specifically within savings.
