Product Manager - FMCG/RETAIL

Insurance client are looking for a Product Manager with experience of 'physical product delivery' Ideally this candidate will come from either a FMCG, Retail or a Tracker(GPS) background and have full product delivery life cycle experience.

Key Accountabilities
* Lead development initiatives and research activities
* Product cost benefit analysis and identify the most cost effective route from taking the concept from the drawing board to being ready for implementation.
* Developing and supporting material for client meetings, undertaking research into market practices and completing appropriate documentation to support the business
* Develop maintain and implement the product roadmap for the insurance channel, covering a rolling 18 months period
* Develop product development plans and implement them to improve customer elective sales penetration rates for stolen vehicle recovery via the insurance channel POS
* Develop product development plans and implement them increase the use of fleet management services as a risk management tool via the insurance channel
* Develop product development plans and implement them to ensure TRACKER obtains targeted market share in insurance telematics. This to cover each of the segments of telematic professionally installed, customer installed and smartphone based solutions
* Identify and facilitate improvement opportunities to business products/processes to constantly improve our service offering.
* Effectively communicate with Internal and External customers ensuring compliance with the principles and outcomes of TCF through demonstrating company values
* Ensure compliance with the principles and outcomes of TCF through demonstrating company values
* Identify, own and manage the risks involved in running our business appropriate to my role, in line with the company risk framework
* Understand and adhere to Group HR process and procedure
