Product Manager - Research & Development Domain Expert, Beerse, Belgium

Provides expertise in multiple domains in order to guarantee support required by the Integrated Data Services organization. This position is a member of the IDS working with data management and clinical working groups for projects and tasks supporting data management deliverables.

The Domain Expert takes a leadership role in projects within IDS or cross-functionally.

- Impacts processes, project timelines, priorities and functionality of conducting clinical trials and clinical trial software.
- Analyzes and provides rationale to recommend decisions with direction from the Domain Lead. Keeps specific area leaders informed of decisions.
- Reports to Domain Lead, interacts with Data Management Head, GTM, SM, LTM, clinical teams, biostatisticians, medical writing, RA and EDC vendors.

Ensures quality project deliverables as agreed upon with internal and external customers.

- Tracks & monitors maintenance or enhancements in multiple areas of domain expertise.
- Shares multiple domain expertise with IDS Operations and CROs to assure consistency and accuracy within process and functionality.
- Identifies and communicates lessons learned, best practices and frequently asked questions at domain expertise level.
- Identifies, participates or leads in process, system, and tool improvement initiatives within IDS.
- Participates or leads non trials/non program projects to gather information or provide guidance in multiple domain expertise areas.
- Support audit and inspections as appropriate.

Profile - BS/BA - medical or paramedic or equivalent by work experience.

- 6 year of technical & project management experience
- Experience with Data Management
- Experience with System development/administration
- Experience with EDC systems
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
