Product Manager (Online Development, Business Information)

Product Manager (Online Product Development - Publishing, News, Legal, Tax, Content, Business Information, Research) - 12 month fixed term contract - 3 positions - Could lead to a Permanent role

We are looking for a Product Manager x3 with strong online product development knowledge and experience from either a B2B or B2C Publishing, News, Legal, Tax, Content, Business Information and/or Research product background to join my market leading client based in Central London.

The Product Manager role could suit someone with any of the following B2B or B2C backgrounds: Online Product Manager, Trainer/Training Consultant, Editorial, Business Analyst, Product Developer, Publishing Systems or Project Manager. You must however be able to demonstrate strong product/project experience in an online environment, strong experience of online product development, detailed requirements/specification knowledge and excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

My client is going through a big drive to enhance existing products as well as developing brand new online products for their customers so it is an excellent time to be joining.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE OF PRODUCT MANAGER (ONLINE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - PUBLISHING, NEWS, LEGAL, TAX, CONTENT, BUSINESS INFORMATION, RESEARCH) ARE:

- Strong project and product based experience in an online/web environment
- In-depth online product development knowledge (understand and be involved in the product specification life cycle, business analysis or requirements specification documentation)
- Excellent communication and business facing skills
- This role could suit someone with any of the following backgrounds: Product Manager, Trainer/Training Consultant, Editorial, Business Analyst, Product Developer, Publishing Systems or Project Manager

Any experience of the Publishing, News, Legal, Tax, Content, Business Information and/or Research industries would be of interest but by no means essential.

You will work within a team of customer-focused Product professionals responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of online product development projects. This will include working on my client's flagship products as well as being involved at all stages of the product development process from initial concept through to release to customers and ongoing maintenance.

Salary:
£40-55k (depending on experience) + Pension (contributory, company matches up to 5%) + Life Assurance (part of Pension) + Medical Insurance + Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme + 28 ½ days holiday + others & discounts
