Leading Banking Group is seeking a Product Manager with Manual Payments experience to work within Commercial Banking.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own business requirements and associated commercial impact for clients for the project. Validate the business cases
- Develop pricing, sales, and go-to market strategies to grow revenue or gain market share on affected existing manual and new products
- Ensure effective product launches ensuring all aspects are managed by the relevant specialist areas including marketing communications, training, systems and operations availability and contingency
- Identify and deliver product cost reductions/service enhancements opportunities by being accountable for achieving cost reduction/service enhancement targets due to the project
- Understand the end to end customer experience of the product: maximise customer delight through optimising the product-customer interface and resolution of customer service issues
- Demonstrate an innovative approach problem solving, and have input into the development of Product solution to address client problems. Contribute to the design, test and build of solutions across wide spectrum of client needs
- Ensure all governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements are considered during development and BAU stages of these solutions

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Has a proven track record of managing all stages of the product life cycle, from development to management ideally within financial services.
- Has a strong working knowledge of Manual Payment products and the key drivers of profitability and risk within these.
- Has managed revenue and cost lines independently and understand the various types of cost and its drivers within the business
- Has had a client facing Product/Sales role in the past.
