-Product positioning
-Sales projections for existing and future products in terms of both, revenue and units sold
-Co-operating in the conceptual development of product and marketing strategies that are creative and innovative
-Creating brand and marketing plans
-Operational implementation of the strategic planning for the managed product (selecting and deploying measures from the complete marketing mix)
-Planning, implementing, coordinating and supervising marketing projects
-Acting as a liaison with internal and external parties (sales, medicine, agencies, etc.)
-Supporting/training the field sales team
-Market observation, market research and analysis
-Drafting, supervising and managing the marketing budget
-Composing reports and analysis
-Responsible for ensuring compliance with schedules
-Establishing and maintaining effective contact with opinion leaders
-Carrying out projects with opinion leaders
-Active participation in and planning and organization of advisory boards, symposia, congresses and events
-Establishing a product-specific network in the healthcare system
-Participating in international project groups
-Working side by side with cooperation partners
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Completed university studies in medicine, natural sciences or business administration
-Profound experience in the pharmaceuticals sector
-Experience in pharmaceuticals marketing
-Confident, representative personal manner
-Understanding of and interest in healthcare systems
-Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, assertiveness
-Flexibility and ability to manage a stressful workload
-Ability to analyze data, information and facts
-German perfect, excellent English and French skills
-Experience in the CNS or specialty therapeutic areas is a plus
