PRODUCT MANAGER (IVR,CALL CENTERPRODUCTS EXPERIENCE) needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's MEDICAL AID DEVICES client located in BALA CYNWYD, PA (suburb of Philadelphia, PA)

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Product Management Experience, EXPERIENCE IN IVR & CALL CENTERS and Experience in MIS REPORTING (SQL)
- Experience with large scale contact centers in a service environment required, including EXPOSURE TO SALESFORCE CRM SYSTEM, and recurring payment platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Product Manager will SUMMARIZE AND PRESENT COMPLEX ISSUES TO A VARIETY OF AUDIENCES: technical, non-technical and business leaders.
- Flexibility and adapt to fit the needs of the project, making progress despite ambiguity.
- Product manager will work within existing processes, but able to understand and define where new, different or abridged processes should be used.
- Prioritize and re-prioritize as events warrant.
- Product manager will work across group boundaries and forge cross-functional relationships.
- Product manager will WORK WITH LARGE VENDORS TO REPRESENT PRODUCT NEEDS AND ROADMAPS on behalf of the organization.
- Communicate VERBALLY AND IN WRITING CLEARLY AND SUCCINCTLY, COMPLEX DESIGN AND TECHNICAL ISSUES, as well as business and product requirements.
- UNDERSTAND AND CHALLENGE TECHNICAL PROPOSALS.
- DEVELOP USE CASES.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree
- Must have five to ten (5-10) years of Product Management or IT related experience and any related minimum
- SQL QUERYING FOR MIS/REPORTING
- Strong background in business systems analysis and product management throughout the product development life cycle.
- Experience in High Tech industries, SPECIFIC FOCUS ON LARGE SCALE SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION (ie CRM, Telephony, Ecommerce etc.)
- EXPERIENCE WITH LARGE SCALE CONTACT CENTERS IN A SERVICE ENVIRONMENT REQUIRED, INCLUDING EXPOSURE TO SALESFORCE CRM SYSTEM, AND RECURRING PAYMENT PLATFORMS.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS is highly desirable:

Skills based routing in a call center environment, Customer Service, Contact management (cases, routing, workflow), Ecommerce, Recurring Billing or MIS/Reporting
