Product Manager - Issue Management - Retail Bank

A leading global retail bank requires a strong Product Manager to join the current accounts team within Issue Management.

Issues Under Management is a department that deals with widespread issues that affect customers on a wide scale.

*Experience of Issue Management and Customer Rectification (required)

*Strong decision making skills: able to make solid recommendations based on data; comfortable using judgement where necessary and clearly articulating the risks and benefits (required)
