Product Manager - Digital Services

This role is to steer key platforms to deliver improved account management, better sales leads, and stronger communities and relationships with customers and end users. Additional product management activities include competitive product market research, customer feedback tracking, and documentation for evaluative products and services. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

SKILLS:

Must, in all respects, be an online enthusiast, evangelist and visionary with the special mix of technical, creative and analytical flair and ability to drive progress. A high level of business acumen with the ability to think strategically and deliver solutions aligned with our business objectives is required. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
