Product Manager - Current Accounts

This role is in the high performing PCA Product and Commercial management team. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for identification and resolution of issues which have impacted PCA customers across all of the banks current accounts range.

You shall work with a wide range of stakeholders to identify and fix the root cause of the issues and analyse customer impact, plan and deliver all aspects pf resolution inc customer communication and refunds.

This is a diverse role and you will need to be comfortable with managing mulitple projects and tasks simultaneously to ensure succesful delivery.

Requirements:

* A strong record of Product Management including issue management and customer rectification
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Highlt analytical in your approach to business with the ability to understand thye key financial drivers
* Strong decision making skills to be able to make solid recommendations based on data
