CREDIT CARDS PRODUCT MANAGER

My client is a major leading Bank seeking an experienced Product Manager to support their Credit Cards programme. The key objective for this role is to manage day to day performance of products and identifying and managing risk and issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, implement and monitor an effective measure for Commercial Card product
- Delivery and management of customer insight and customer satisfaction improvement plans
- Develop, deliver and maintain E2E product proposition to ensure delivery of best in class customer experience, ensuring adherence to conduct risk principles
- Manage and deliver the product change/life cycle agenda in collaboration with Change management, Products Solutions Delivery and other key stakeholders for Commercial Cards
- Delivery of new propositions to market, engaging with key stakeholders across the business

KEY SKILLS

- End to end product management experience within credit cards/charge cards/consumer cards/commercial cards
- Banking/financial services experience is a MUST. Business/corporate/commercial banking ideal
-Strong stakeholder engagement including good understanding of other business areas including Regulatory/Operational Risk, Business Services, Marketing
