Product Manager - Charge Cards - Commercial Banking

Our financial services and banking client is currently looking for a Product Manager to be based in London for an initial 6 month contract. You will be responsible for supporting a products simplification programme, within credit cards commercial banking.

Key responsibilities

Develop, deliver and maintain E2E product proposition to ensure delivery of best in class customer experience, ensuring adherence to conduct risk principles
Delivery and management of customer insight and customer satisfaction improvement plans
Support delivery of the strategic plan for Commercial Cards products
Manage and deliver the product change/life cycle agenda in collaboration with other key stakeholders and departments for commercial cards
Delivery of new propositions to market, engaging with key stakeholders across the business

Experience required

End to end product management experience with a proven track record of credit cards/charge cards. Consumer cards background
Banking/financial services experience. Ideally within business/corporate banking experience
Customer insight and satisfaction experience - ideal
Ideally with some knowledge of cards technical and regulatory environments, will be working alongside SMEs
