Product Manager - Business Analyst - Client Transaction

Target Operating Models, Process, Testing, Regression, UAT, SWIFT, Equities, Fixed Income, Stock Lending.

Our client a Global Tier 1 Bank are looking for a Senior Product Manager/Business Analyst - Client Transactions to join their team in Hong Kong.

For this role the key areas of responsibilities will be based around:

Documentation
Business Analysis
Business Design
Migration Planning and execution
Test Scripts
Testing - UAT, Integration, System and Regression

Main Duties:

Define clear and detailed business requirements for client transitions writing;
o Detailed Solution Outline Documents
o Detailed Business Operating Model Document
o Process Diagrams
Provide support for Operational changes and Remedy gaps as required.
o Review operational processes and provide business analyst guidance
o Provide Support during client transitions. Supporting Transitions Manager with gathering requirements.
o Provide support as required to operational staff including management.
Provide Business and System Specification for IT personnel.
Review Test scripts for UAT, Integration, System and Regression testing
Provide business analyst support during UAT, Integration, System and Regression testing
Investigate and provide business analyst support for Industry changes and regulatory changes
Provide production business support for correspondent/operational issues and queries.
Prepared to provide out of hours 2nd/3rd line support.

In summary, the role will require conducting detailed analysis to support client transitions onto the platform, product development, product enhancements. In particular, produce high-quality documentation detailing requirements, solution design and specifications. To proactively manage the alignment of project, client and business needs and to take specific ownership of business engagement, communication and solutions design.

For this role you must demonstrate:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Capital markets focusing on Securities operational processing (Equities and Fixed Income)
Desirable would be that you have Futures and Derivatives processing experience
UML, SSADM or other design methodology
Ability to define business requirements, solution specifications and testing documentation clearly and concisely.
Experience within Settlement of transactions via a CSD direct and/or SWIFT for equities, Fixed Income, Stock Lending.
Complete understanding of the entire large programme delivery life cycle and generic project management processes.
Experience within International Settlements, Regulatory Environment, Transaction Reporting
