ENCLIPSE CORPORATION IS LOOKING FOR PRODUCT MANAGER FOR 12 MONTHS CONTRACT IN PLEASANTON CA! This individual will develop a product strategy and roadmap. The Strategy to be defined requires a comprehensive and applied working knowledge of Social Collaboration, Portals, Intranet/Internet, Search, Security, Content Management and Work Flow.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Develop the product agenda for inside the Intranet, an enterprise digital capability for improving workforce productivity and engagement.
- This work is based on extensive knowledge of customer and business need requirements conducted for the Workforce.
- Creation of overarching product strategy and roadmap for business capabilities on the enterprise portal framework.
- Will determine how capabilities such as search, content management, security, profile management, social networking, analytics, etc. will work together from a business perspective.
- Responsible for value recognition of platform capabilities. Work collaboratively in cross functional teams (IT, Identity and Access Management, Clients, Vendors) to assess the platform needs of various employee audience incorporating Plea findings into overall strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee agile product owner in working with development team to manage development and release of products
- Develop communication (emails and PowerPoints) for regions and other stakeholders
- Develop and monitor plan and timeline for development and release of capabilities
- Write intakes documenting epic stories and expected deliverables and timelines
- Escalate issues that impact timelines and deliverables

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Knowledge of Product management lifecyle and agile development

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

- Tracking and monitoring progress of documentation and development

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven product management background.
- Experience developing roadmaps and strategic plans for executives.
- Intranet/Internet experience.
- Experience with Social Collaboration tools, Search, Content Management, Portals. Management experience.
- Strong understanding of data solutions for Enterprise wide applications.
- Strong business/client understanding with demonstrated success in relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic business planning experience.
- Develops advanced concepts, techniques, and standards.
- Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts.
- Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
- 12+ years experience of prior Product Management experience within a relevant market segment.
- 12+ years in a Product Development capacity.
- 12+ years of key customer contact.
- 12+ years experience in web architecture delivering large scale, complex web based solutions.
- 5+ years directly managing staff Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Portal experience required including deep knowledge of search, content management, security, etc.
- Platform as a Service experience preferred.
- Two years Consulting experience.
- MBA preferred
