PRODUCT MANAGER - AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION - GAME - VOTING - AGILE - STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT - BROADCAST

Our well known digital broadcaster requires a Agile Product Manager who will lead on product definition for one or more of the team's priorities. These include Identity profile pages, customisation and participation tools. You will work closely with product teams - such as Homepage, News, Homepage or VOD - to successfully roll out new features.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work as part of the Online Engagement team, making a substantial contribution to the development of the Online Engagement portfolio
- Define requirements for one or more parts of the Online Engagement proposition, based on the strategic vision for relevant industry insight and audience research
- Contribute to product strategy as appropriate
- Be at the forefront of emerging technologies and understand their relevance to the product, and its diverse audience
- Provide strategic expertise on relevant industry and competitor developments
- Be engaged with the approval process before a project commences, and quality reviews during delivery
- Monitor, summarise and report feedback from the user base or audience to measure performance of the product
- Develop relationships with external stakeholders, delivery partners and suppliers as well as with peer and more senior internal stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Proven Product Management with In-depth understanding of specific audience needs in this area
- A good understanding of user-centred design processes
- Demonstrable ability to deliver outstanding results working within an Agile methodology
- Good communication skills & stakeholder management to a wide range of audiences
- Some experience of product development life cycle and experience shipping software products
- An understanding of the market and the strengths and weaknesses of competitor propositions
