If you are an experienced Product Manager with excellent retail product knowledge (personal accounts or cards/loans or savings then this is an excellent opportunity to join the Personal Current Accounts team, working directly for the Senior Manager. You will develop the switching strategy and deliver propositions, initiatives and experiences for all channels for Personal Current Accounts including:

* Helping make current account switching a great success for the bank and the industry, manageing switching performance across the channels
* Supporting the channels in achieving PCA goals on quality customer recruitment, switching and onboarding
* Playing a leading role in the development and delivery of quality sales strategy for the business.
