Product Manager

One of our key clients is currently seeking a solid Product Manager to assist the Lead Product Manager to define the end to end Product needs that will deliver maximum value to all in scope customer segments and internal & external stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- The ideal candidate will work with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and investigate customer requirements to define use cases and model business functions, processes, and information flows
- Analyses the underlying issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems, and identifies available options for consideration.
- Reviews the current As Is situation and customer documentation and develops the desired To Be situation to meet new customer requirements, including workshop facilitation to understand the situation
- Assists the User Interface and Experience design activities
- Strong background in Product Management (3+ years) & User Interface Design
- Experience in interpreting and translating complex customer, business process and operating requirements into clearly articulated requirements definition
- Experience in producing Tender Documents, contributing to the development of a Statement of Works and Service Level Agreements
- Previous experience with WH&S, EEO principles and ethical practices, including ability to promote and monitor workplace practices and procedures to prevent and detect fraud and corruption
