Product Launch Manager

Plan, manage and execute all stages of carrier product launches. This position requires collaborative work with several teams including product development, SW integration, marketing, packaging, and carrier account teams to align with the global strategy of the product.

ROLES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects from inception through completion.
- Gather requirements and align the scope of the project to the overall global plan of record.
- Develop a plan and schedule with well-defined milestones utilizing Microsoft Project.
- Manage communication and reporting of progress/status with customer groups in various locations and time zones; own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams.
- Remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly.
- Define and develop team roles, expectations, and responsibilities; drive process development continually towards optimization.
- Schedule risk assessment and mitigation

SKILLS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION/BACKGROUND:

- Bachelors Degree and at least 5+ years of relevant wireless communications experience
- Experience in a leadership role with communication between teams
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Project and Office, Google Drive and Sites
- Carrier knowledge or interface experience and managing resolution of customer issues is a plus
- 4-10 years experience
