Job Title: Product Engineering Architect - Mobile Apps Job Type: ContractLocation: ReadingContract Budget: Up to £500 GBP per dayContract Length: 6 Months with possible extension Our client, one of the world's largest Information Technology companies, is looking to recruit a Solutions Architect for a 3 month rolling contract based in Newbury. The successful candidate will have worked as an Advanced Java developer.
Responsible for managing the design & architecture for small to mediumprojects/ contributing to large complex projects. Expected to continue to buildupon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels ofindustry acknowledgement. Works as a guide and independently sets directionsfor medium sized projects of high complexity. Works on problems of highlycomplex scope, through expert usage of non-standard concepts & principlesrequiring high levels of judgement & interpretation. Determines a course ofaction, which is then executed by project teams. Can offer multiple solutionsto problems through existing and new methodologies and then exercises judgementto determine most appropriate solution. Requires expert knowledge of multipledevelopment technologies. Has sufficient expertise to write and present whitepapers and articles in recognised magazines and industry forums. Appliesadvanced knowledge and experience to the development of new methods, programsand procedures. The role would offer expertise cutting across units and wouldmake tactical decisions which will have an impact on the business. Managesdivergent interest and perspectives. Advises Sr Management on specialisedtechnical issues. Conducts, supports and reports research in ones own area ofexpertise. Is responsible for capability development of the team/ unit.
Should have in-depth knowledge of realizing the embedded devices from scratch.Should have the experience of designing and implementing complex devices withmulti-interfaces and thorough understanding of the complexities involved.
