IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Define and implement post silicon verification work packages for new automotive standalone transceivers
-Define and implement cost and yield improvement measures - based on statistical production data analysis - in collaboration with production management, test engineering and quality management
-Characterise and analyse new IC designs electrically
-Automate measurement equipment for IC verification - like oscilloscopes, PXI systems or source meters

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in the semiconductor industry, e.g. verification or testing
-Hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical methods, data base handling or yield optimisation
-Experience in tools like JMP and R
-Good understanding of semiconductors, spanning from design and validation to production and quality as well as a good knowledge of fast analogue signal behaviour
-Solid measurement knowledge along with good knowledge of programming (e.g. C, Perl, Matlab, Labview or VBA)
-Excellent English communication skills
