Role Outline

My client a global Mobile Company are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the development and execution of business and product strategies for their new offerings.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of product managers to design innovative consumer features and functionality globally; includes hiring, retaining and growing high-performing team
* Work as part of the senior management team to define product vision and strategy, align rest of the organization to deliver on this strategy.
* Create product roadmaps (including an overall product roadmap) for the planning of budgets and resource against business need and value
* Create and coordinate all communications relating to product releases, monthly updates, feature enhancements or other product information for end-users
* Establish and maintain a set up clear and agreed KPIs for each product developed
* Provide tracking and regular reporting on these KPIs

The perfect Candidate must have:

- 3 years experience with Mobile applications in a Product Director role.
- High level thinking and planning to set and achieve goals that lead to a more efficient and effective operations support team and optimal service to the business stakeholders and system end users.
- Deep understanding of digital media technologies, how they can drive business improvement, and how people interact with and use those products to become more effective in the roles
- Experience managing a team including leadership, delegation, coaching and mentoring, motivation and team-building
- Business and/or technology degree
