I AM LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - FUND ADMINISTRATOR
Industry: Financial services - Banking
Location: Luxembourg - Temporary contract 10 months

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guarantying project management covering operational aspects for fund launches, fund repurposing, share class launches, mergers, liquidations and any other ad hoc Projects
- Ensuring single point of entry for internal clients' requests (sales and portfolio managers)
- Supporting portfolio management with set up demands (eg market account opening, currency account opening, internal systems set up, etc.)
- Implicated in various life cycle management tasks such as:
o Coordination of fund registration requests
o Handling ongoing and upcoming reclaims regarding withholding tax berdeen case) and screening updates regarding new withholding tax rates within the EU
o Control and report securities included in Class Actions settlement
o Input in the quarterly Board Meeting pack preparation
o Input in the quarterly Client Service Meetings preparation;
YOUR PROFILE
EDUCATION:
- Finance, Management, Business Administration University degree
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of Product Management or Fund Administration (Fund Accounting, Custody, Transfer Agent) experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, organizational and teamwork skills are required
- Excellent client-service attitude
- Robust project management and coordination skills
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
