PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - BUSINESS VOIP & UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS
The VOIP and UC Product Development Manager will manage, enhance and develop products and services for the clients Business VOIP and Unified Communications portfolio.
The market covers Major Enterprises, Government organisations and small to Medium sized businesses
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Requirements Definition
Project Planning and Project Management
Stakeholder Management
Documentation and presentation through stage gate process (PDC)
Business case development and achievement of approval
Management of supply areas, particularly Group Technology and external vendors
Business process design & buy-in from operational areas
Sales team training & motivation
Product marketing and go-to-market campaign generation
On-going product management tasks and activities
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Successful on-time delivery of new revenue generating products to market and achievement of business case targets
Achievement of market share targets
Achievement of retention and win back targets
