PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Asset Mangagement)
I am looking for a Product Development Manager for a temporary assignment of 10 months in Luxembourg
IN THE FUNCTION OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER YOU WILL FACE THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES:
- Ensure project management covering operational aspects for fund launches, fund re-purposing, share class launches, mergers, liquidations and any other ad hoc Projects
- Perform single point of entry for internal clients' requests (sales and portfolio managers)
- Assist portfolio management with set up demands (eg market account opening, currency account opening, internal systems set up, etc.)
- Involved in various life cycle management tasks such as:
o Coordination of fund registration requests
o Handling ongoing and upcoming reclaims regarding withholding tax (Aberdeen case) and screening updates regarding
new withholding tax rates within the EU
o Monitor and report securities included in Class Actions settlement
o Input in the quarterly Board Meeting pack preparation
o Input in the quarterly Client Service Meetings preparation
YOUR COMPETENCES ARE:
- University degree in Finance/Management/Business Administration
- A minimum of 3-year experience in Product Management or Fund Administration (Transfer Agent, Fund Accounting, Custody)
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Strong communication skills and client-service attitude
- Proactive, taking initiative and high attention to Details
- Fluency in English; German would be a plus
