For our client in ZUCHWIL we are looking for a PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER for a 2-MONTH contract.
DURATION: 01/08/2018 TILL 31/10/2018
LOCATION: ZUCHWIL
WORKLOAD: 100%
Product Development Engineer will be responsible for:
- Design and development of new implants
- Participating in new product development project team comprised of interdisciplinary members
- Completing and supporting on Design History File documentation considering New Product Development Process, eg Verification and Validation Methods/Reports, Risk Management Documentation
- Collaborating with the mechanical test lab to complete testing requirements
- Collaborating with technical engineering office to support on generating product models and use CAD software
PERFECT CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
- Higher degree in engineering
- Practical experience in a regulated industry, ideally in a Medical Device (Orthopedic/Trauma) industry
- Self-motivated
- Creative problem-solver
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability
- Keen interest in the interrelations between medicine and technology
- Ability to communicate in both spoken and written English
- Experience in FEA/ANSYS would be ideal
