Product Controller- Valuations

One of our large Investment Banking clients is looking for an experienced Product Controller to join their team

Member of the Europe Interest Rate and FX valuation control team in London. The valuation team is responsible for the independent valuation of the European Interest Rate and FX businesses. In addition the team is responsible for the governance and control of the product valuation and model review process

* Perform and execute IPV processes. For eg Pricing submissions, calibration, methodology reviews.
* Deliver IPV process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with control and policy frameworks.
* Co-ordination with regional teams and overall management of regulatory reporting requirements
* Demonstrate commercial awareness and control when dealing with the business

The ideal candidate will be:
Highly numerate with excellent knowledge of Fixed Income products gained at a top tier investment bank or similar
* Good knowledge of risk and thereby the key drivers for valuation and P&L.
* Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly to senior management.
MSc qualification in a quantiatitve discipline preferred but not necessary.
