Product Controller - Equity/Swaps & Delta One and Structured Finance

Bank of America is currently looking for an experienced Product Controller - Equity/Swaps & Delta One and Structured Finance & Strong P&L

The EMEA Financing Products Finance Team supports the Financing Products business which provides Prime Brokerage, Stock Lending, Equity Swaps & Delta One and Structured Financing and Trading services to Hedge Funds, Institutional Investors, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Individuals.

The functions of the team include:
*P Financial Disclosures
*Value added Business support - Modeling, Scenario Analysis, Client reporting
*Ownership and oversight of books and records
*Balance sheet and Cash Flow reporting and control
*Building and maintaining relationships with Front Office, Sales, Operations, & other Finance areas

Responsible
The traditional Product Control role into two, moving the daily P&L and Balance Sheet production, Month-end close, and primary daily control functions into Middle Office. As such there are less daily/monthly tasks, creating a varied role with wide ranging responsibilities. This role in the Swaps, Delta One and ESF team will cover a broad variety of tasks across the team.

Key responsibilities include:
*Daily balance sheet and asset utilisation reporting/analysis.
*Client profitability.
*Reserve reporting.
*Price testing and reporting.
*Quarterly disclosure reporting.
*Managing the relationship with the trading desk and attending regular meetings with the desk, risk groups and other support areas.
*Contributing to the wider team and departmental initiatives.
*Adhoc Reporting responsibilities on behalf of Finance

Experience
Product Controller
Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Post qualification experience within Equity/Swaps & Delta One and Structured Finance or similar
Strong P&L
Daily Reporting
Understands the Functions & hands on
