JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the handling and oversight of all medical and technical complaints received in AQWA.
- Processes medical and technical, critical and non-critical customer complaints under company policies and procedures, while assuring compliance with federal regulations.
- Records, maintains, and investigates customer product complaints in the AQWA Global Complaint System.
- Coordinates the compilation of data and determine if additional investigation activities are needed in the processing of complaint investigations/reports.
- Prepares response letters for customer complaints.
- Identifies and prepares technical documents to support establishing alternate handling of customer inquiry/product usage issues that may begin as customer complaints.
- Coordinates the gathering of information and documentation of CMO Investigations.
- Participates in internal/external audits.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Typically requires a B.S. or equivalent in education and experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Five (5)+ years of related pharmaceutical experience.
- Auditing and technical report writing experience.
- Thorough knowledge of cGMP requirements.
