Product Assurance Manager - Space/Holland

The role is for a Product assurance engineer with recent experience working with a Space environment. The suitable candidate will have experience in managing and control the Quality aspect of Testing Space and/or Satellite systems.

The client is a world leading Technology Company specialising in the design and development of high technology driven systems for the Space and Aerospace industry. The company is going through and exciting period of growth and have an interesting Long term Contract/Consultant opportunity to be based in the Netherlands.

Duties include but are not limited to;
*Control of Test-work in terms of traceability, cleanliness, metrology and calibration
*Review and approval of as-run test procedures
*Control of test facitility readiness and test equipment calibration
*Performance of test readiness reviews and post test reviews
*Witnessing of AIT activities.
*Control of completeness of all functional tests before, during all environmental tests (vibration, thermal cycle, acoustic noise, EMC test)
*Check of test results recording and signature of test reports.
*NCR processing
*Executing and reporting on key-inspection-points for the definition of the hardware status
*Hardware inspections: as built status versus as designed status and workmanship
*Incoming and outgoing inspections

Experience/Background
*Professional training in a technical field
*At least 5 years of professional experience preferably in space industry working within a Quality Assurance role.
*Accuracy and reliability - diligent
